Thanksgiving

Teaching children the true meaning of Thanksgiving has become a tremendous responsibility. We need to be sensitive to Indigenous people and how they are portrayed in the story of Thanksgiving. Teaching children the importance of giving thanks and being appreciative of all they have is a better way to tell the story.
